Returns

Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or offered an exchange) within 10 business days sproutkit.myshopify.com. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue sproutkit.myshopify.com.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Refunds
