Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 5 pm ET are considered received the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping methods:

| Local Pickup | Same day or next day | Free pickup by appointment at our location: 1 Lomb Memorial Dr, Rochester, NY 14623. We will email you when your order is ready. |
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. International shipping is not yet available; we currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method and destination. We may occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions (for example, free shipping on orders over $50). Any such promotion will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at aa2994@rit.edu
Delays and Service Interruptions
Shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier backlogs, weather or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB origin; title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier for shipment. We recommend selecting a shipping option that provides tracking and insurance if your order is valuable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this shipping policy to reflect changes in our shipping practices, carriers or regulations. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
